Books and journals on Politics can be found under various call number groups and at various locations:

Central Library, 2nd floor

Political Science is categorized within the subject History. The two main groups are:

•     Political Science: Intellectual and Political Movements (hisk)
•     Political Science (hisl)

Literature on international and supranational organisations (UN, EU etc.) are shelved under the classification numbers hisj480 – hisj499. Literature on the political system of individual countries and regions can be found under the classification numbers on the current history of countries and regions (hisq - hisy).

Textbook collection

The holdings of the political science textbook collection are located on the ground floor of the Central Library. The textbook collection is arranged systematically.

Humanities Library

The Humanities Library’s holdings are for reference only. You will find Politics literature within these two Sociology main groups:

•     Political Subsystem (sozv)
•     Foreign Policy and International Relations (sozy)

Journals

Political Science journals, both current unbound issues as well as past bound volumes, can be found in the alphabet of historical journals in the Central Library and in the alphabet of sociological journals in the Humanities Library. Many titles are also available online, at least in parts.
